First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study checked if newer psoriasis medications (IL17/23 inhibitors) can also improve heart health by measuring artery stiffness. Researchers followed 66 adults with moderate-to-severe psoriasis for one year, comparing those on the new drugs to those on standard treatments. The goal was to see if these drugs reduce hidden signs of heart disease risk.
