This study is testing whether a special PET/CT scan that looks for a protein called PSMA can help predict resistance to anti-androgen therapy in people with a specific type of metastatic breast cancer (HER2-negative, AR-positive). About 13 participants will receive an injection of a radioactive tracer and undergo imaging. The goal is to see if PSMA levels in tumors are linked to treatment resistance, which could help select patients for future therapies.
