Summary

This phase 2 trial tests whether a single dose of psilocybin (the active ingredient in magic mushrooms) can help people with opioid use disorder who continue using illicit opioids even while on methadone. Up to 480 participants will receive either a low (1 mg), medium (20 mg), or high (30 mg) dose.
