Summary
This study tests whether psilocybin, a substance from certain mushrooms, combined with talk therapy can safely help treat major depression in people with non-small cell lung cancer. Ten participants will receive the drug in a controlled setting and be monitored for side effects, suicidal thoughts, and mood changes. The goal is to see if this approach is acceptable and effective for easing depression in this group.
