NCT ID NCT04181138

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study follows 1,000 children with primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC), a rare liver disease that damages bile ducts. Researchers will collect medical data, DNA, and other samples to understand how PSC progresses and affects daily life. The goal is to identify factors that make the disease worse, not to test a new treatment.
