Summary

This study collects bile and bile duct cells from people with Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis (PSC) and healthy volunteers to grow mini-livers called organoids. The goal is to understand how PSC progresses and leads to liver cancer. No treatment is given; it is purely for research.
