Summary
This study looks at health records of pregnant women with constipation to see if taking the drug prucalopride is safe. Researchers will compare women who took prucalopride, those who took other constipation medicines, and those who took none. The goal is to find out if prucalopride raises the risk of birth defects or pregnancy complications like miscarriage. No participants are directly enrolled or treated.
