This study tests whether mixing a woman's own platelet-rich plasma (PRP) with her partner's sperm before intrauterine insemination (IUI) can increase the chance of pregnancy. About 288 women with infertility will be randomly assigned to receive either PRP-treated sperm or standard IUI.
