Summary
This study tests whether mixing a woman's own platelet-rich plasma (PRP) with her partner's sperm before intrauterine insemination (IUI) can increase pregnancy rates. About 288 women with infertility will be randomly assigned to receive either standard IUI or IUI with PRP-treated sperm. The main goal is to see if the PRP group has more clinical pregnancies.
