Summary
This study tests whether infusing a woman's own platelet-rich plasma (PRP) into the uterus can improve the uterine lining in women with a thin or unresponsive endometrium and a history of failed embryo transfers. About 80 women will receive either standard hormone therapy alone or hormone therapy plus up to three PRP infusions. The goal is to see if PRP helps the lining grow thick enough for embryo transfer and leads to pregnancy.
