Could a blood plasma treatment help women with thin uterine lining get pregnant?

NCT ID NCT07455773

First seen Mar 15, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study tests whether infusing a woman's own platelet-rich plasma (PRP) into the uterus can help thicken the uterine lining and improve pregnancy chances in women who have had repeated IVF failures or a persistently thin lining. About 80 women aged 18-45 will receive either standard hormone therapy alone or hormone therapy plus up to three PRP infusions. The main goal is to see if more women achieve a lining thickness of 7 mm or greater, which is linked to better embryo implantation.
