First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tests whether injecting platelet-rich plasma (PRP) into the lining of the womb or infusing it into the womb works better for women who have had repeated failed embryo transfers. 180 women aged 18-40 with a history of at least two failed transfers will be randomly assigned to one of these PRP treatments or a control group. The goal is to see which method improves the chance of pregnancy after IVF.
