First seen May 14, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tested whether adding platelet-rich plasma (PRP) from a man's own blood to his sperm sample could help embryos grow better during IVF. The trial included 66 men with severe sperm problems. Researchers compared embryos from sperm treated with PRP to those without PRP to see if more embryos reached the blastocyst stage.
