Summary

This study aims to improve a blood test that looks for DNA fragments to detect colorectal cancer and pre-cancerous growths. Researchers will collect blood samples from 6,500 people, including those newly diagnosed with colorectal cancer and those at average risk getting routine colonoscopies. The goal is to make the test more accurate and reliable for early detection.
