Summary
This study tested a new treatment approach for people with advanced liver cancer that has spread into the main blood vessels of the liver. The treatment combined proton beam radiation with two drugs (atezolizumab and bevacizumab) to shrink tumors and control the disease. The study involved 63 participants and aimed to see how long the cancer stayed under control and what side effects occurred.
