Can repeated MRIs predict prostate cancer before it starts?

NCT ID NCT07369570

First seen Jan 31, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study follows men who had a prostate MRI showing suspicious spots but no significant cancer on their first biopsy. Researchers will repeat MRIs and biopsies over time to see if changes in those spots can predict future cancer. The goal is to better understand which men need closer monitoring and which can safely wait.
