First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study is for people with prostate cancer that has returned after treatment and spread to other parts of the body. Researchers are testing whether focused radiation (SBRT) alone works as well as combining it with hormone-blocking drugs. They also want to see if giving radiation to the pelvis can stop the cancer from spreading further. About 532 participants will be followed to see how long the cancer stays under control.
