New trial aims to Fine-Tune prostate cancer treatment timing

Summary

This study looks at the best timing for combining targeted radiation (SBRT) with hormone therapy in men whose prostate cancer has returned and spread. It also tests if radiation to the pelvis can stop cancer from spreading further. About 532 men with recurrent, hormone-sensitive prostate cancer will take part.
