Summary

This study is for men with early-stage prostate cancer who are getting a type of radiation called HDR brachytherapy. Researchers will use advanced lab tests to see how the radiation changes the tumor's chemistry and immune response. The goal is to find the best radiation dose with fewer side effects. About 100 participants will be followed for up to 10 years.
