Summary
This study looks at how a type of radiation called HDR brachytherapy changes prostate cancer on a molecular level. Researchers will analyze blood, tissue, and gut bacteria samples from 100 men with low-risk or early intermediate-risk prostate cancer. The goal is to find the best radiation dose by tracking how tumors respond at the cellular level.
