Can a video call at a syringe service boost HIV prevention for drug users?

Summary
This study will test a telehealth program called Project REACH at syringe service programs. The goal is to see if it helps people who use drugs get HIV-related care, like PrEP and medication for opioid use disorder. About 121 adults who have used drugs in the past year will take part. The study will measure how many people join and finish, and how comfortable they are using telehealth.
