This study will give 150 children and teens with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or obesity a free debit card to buy fruits and vegetables, plus virtual nutrition classes. The goal is to see if this program helps improve their heart health over 6 to 12 months. Participants must be patients at Boston Children's Hospital and qualify for Medicaid or SNAP.
