First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 23, 2026 · Updated 37 times

Summary

This study tested an online program called PROCARE-I+ designed to prevent anxiety and depression in teenagers who are at high risk. Thirty adolescents with early symptoms took part in the program, which included extra modules tailored to their needs. Results showed improvements in their emotional state, quality of life, and ability to manage emotions. However, the study was small and had no comparison group, so more research is needed.
