Summary
This small pilot study tests whether taking oral probiotics for 12 weeks can improve asthma control and insulin resistance in obese adults with asthma. Researchers will measure changes in gut and airway bacteria, inflammation, and breathing tests. Only 7 participants are enrolled, so results are preliminary.
