Summary
This study tests whether taking a daily probiotic supplement for 8 weeks can lower stress and anxiety in healthy university students during exam time. Two hundred students will receive either the probiotic or a placebo pill. Researchers will measure changes in stress, anxiety, sleep quality, and stomach symptoms using questionnaires.
