Summary
This study looked at 320 people whose brain scans showed signs that sometimes lead to multiple sclerosis (MS), even though they had no symptoms. Researchers analyzed blood and spinal fluid samples to find biological markers that could predict whether these silent signs would turn into MS. The goal is to better identify who needs early treatment and who can be monitored safely.
