Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new drug called PRO-203, given as a single shot under the skin. First, healthy volunteers will check safety; then, people with systemic sclerosis (a rare autoimmune disease that hardens skin and organs) will receive the drug. The main goal is to see if it's safe and how it affects immune cells.
