Summary
This study tested a program called PRISM (Promoting Resilience in Stress Management) in 195 teens and young adults (ages 12-24) with advanced cancer. The program aimed to improve quality of life, reduce anxiety and depression, and build coping skills. Participants were randomly assigned to receive PRISM or usual care, and researchers measured changes using standard questionnaires.
