Summary
This study tests different combinations of counseling and text message support to prevent suicidal behavior in teenagers after they leave psychiatric hospitalization. Researchers are comparing safety planning sessions with and without follow-up text messages, then adding extra support for teens who aren't responding well. The goal is to find the most effective approach to keep teens safe during the critical months after hospital discharge.
