First seen Mar 15, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tested whether a special diet called Tasty & Healthy could lower the risk of developing Crohn's disease in 29 healthy people who have a close family member with the condition. Participants followed the diet for 8 weeks, and researchers measured gut inflammation and other biological markers. The goal was to see if the diet could reduce signs of inflammation and lower the overall risk score for developing Crohn's disease.
