Summary
This trial compares standard stereotactic ablative radiotherapy (SBRT) to a version that intentionally delivers higher radiation doses to the tumor (hotspots) in people with early-stage non-small cell lung cancer. The goal is to see if hotspots improve local tumor control without causing too many side effects. About 200 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two approaches.
