Summary

This study tested whether a structured program combining exercise, nutrition advice, and psychological support is practical and safe for adults with cirrhosis waiting for a liver transplant. 25 participants were enrolled. The goal was to see if patients could stick with the program and if it improved frailty. This was a feasibility study, not designed to prove the program works.
