Summary

This study tests whether a pre-surgery exercise program (prehabilitation) can improve recovery, function, and mood in people waiting for hip or knee replacement. About 44 adults with advanced osteoarthritis will do strength and aerobic exercises before their operation. The goal is to see if this simple, drug-free approach reduces recovery time and boosts quality of life.
