Summary
This study tests whether a program of exercise, nutrition advice, and mental support before surgery helps gynecological cancer patients recover faster and feel better. About 64 women with ovarian or endometrial cancer will be randomly assigned to either standard care or the prehabilitation program. The goal is to see if the program improves physical function and reduces complications after surgery.
