Summary
This study tested whether a program to improve physical fitness, nutrition, and sleep before surgery is possible for older adults (65+) with esophageal cancer. Fifteen participants completed the program, which included supplements, exercise, and sleep tracking. The goal was to see if patients could stick with it, not to measure health outcomes.
