App and protein shakes aim to fight frailty in liver disease

Summary
This study tests whether a digital prehabilitation app (HEAL-ME) combined with creatine and whey protein supplements can help maintain muscle health and reduce frailty in people with cirrhosis. About 100 participants will use the app and take supplements for at least 3 months. The goal is to see if this approach improves muscle strength and quality of life.
