Summary
This study aims to understand how infections with COVID-19, influenza, and other respiratory viruses during pregnancy affect the health of mothers and their babies. Researchers will follow 10,000 pregnant women in India from early pregnancy through the weeks after birth, tracking any infections and health outcomes. The goal is to gather evidence that could inform vaccination recommendations and care practices for pregnant women.
