New support program aims to keep new mothers in recovery
NCT ID NCT07104123
Summary
This pilot study is testing two ways to help pregnant and postpartum people stay engaged in substance use treatment. It will connect participants with community support services and test a reward system for attending appointments and following treatment plans. The goal is to see if these approaches are practical and acceptable before launching a larger trial to improve long-term recovery and health outcomes for mothers and babies.
