Summary

This study tests whether an AI tool that uses electronic medical records can help predict and reduce delirium (sudden confusion) in older adults after major surgery. About 60 people aged 65 and older will take part. The goal is to see if giving doctors a delirium risk alert can lower the chance of confusion, falls, and long-term memory problems.
