This study tests whether measuring the optic nerve sheath diameter with ultrasound can predict post-dural puncture headache (PDPH) in women undergoing elective cesarean delivery under spinal anesthesia. Researchers will also monitor brain oxygen levels to see if drops in oxygen relate to headache risk.
