Summary
This study looks at whether doing simple leg exercises after spinal anesthesia can help reduce headaches and improve heart-related measures. It involves 120 women aged 18-40 who had a C-section. Participants will perform isometric leg exercises, and researchers will track their blood pressure, heart rate, and headache severity.
