This study compares three common drugs—theophylline, sumatriptan, and gabapentin—to see which works best for treating post-dural puncture headache, a severe headache that can occur after a spinal tap or epidural. Researchers will enroll 75 adults aged 21 to 50 who have this type of headache. The goal is to find the safest and most effective option for relieving pain and shortening recovery time.
