Summary
This study looked at how prediabetes and type 2 diabetes impact memory, physical abilities, and tiredness in people aged 60 and older. Researchers compared 94 older adults with normal blood sugar, prediabetes, or diabetes using tests for thinking, balance, and fatigue. The goal was to understand if higher blood sugar levels lead to worse cognitive and physical function.
