Summary

This study looks at whether lowering the amount of liquid food given through a tube before turning a patient onto their stomach (prone position) can reduce stomach problems like bloating or vomiting. The study involves 259 adults in the ICU who are on breathing machines for severe lung injury (ARDS). Half will get less food before being turned, and the other half will get their usual amount.
