Summary
This study looks at whether strengthening your back muscles before spine surgery can lead to better outcomes, like less pain and a shorter hospital stay. About 70 adults scheduled for spine surgery will do a pre-operative exercise program. Researchers will track if this reduces the need for repeat surgery within a year.
