Summary

This study tests whether a short exercise program before a common heart procedure (catheter ablation) can help people with atrial fibrillation recover better. One hundred adults aged 18-70 will be randomly assigned to either the exercise program or usual care. Researchers will measure heart fitness and any irregular heartbeats in the 90 days after the procedure.
