Summary
This study tests whether a special posture training program can help butchers with neck and upper back pain. Researchers will enroll 50 butchers in Istanbul who have worked in the trade for at least 5 years. The program focuses on improving muscle control and posture. The goal is to reduce pain and improve sleep and daily function.
