Summary

This study tested whether using a posture corrector and an activity tracker can improve knee function, pain, and physical activity after total knee replacement surgery. Twenty adults aged 40 to 60 who had the surgery within the past month took part. The goal was to see if these simple wearable devices could help people recover better and faster.
