Summary
This study aims to understand how pregnancy and childbirth affect a woman's core and leg muscle control and endurance. Researchers will compare 78 women who have recently given birth to their first child with women who have never been pregnant. Participants will perform leg-lifting exercises while researchers measure muscle fatigue, stability, and pain to gather data for future clinical tests.
