Summary

This study tests two types of progestin-only birth control pills (drospirenone and norethindrone) to see which one better controls high blood pressure in women who recently had preeclampsia. About 50 participants will take one of the pills for 6 weeks after leaving the hospital and report their blood pressure weekly. The goal is to find a safer contraceptive option that also helps manage postpartum hypertension.
