NCT ID NCT07023003
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at two common blood pressure drugs, nifedipine and enalapril, to see how well they control high blood pressure in women after giving birth. About 850 women with pregnancy-related or chronic high blood pressure will be randomly assigned to one of the medicines. The main goal is to see if either drug reduces the chance of being readmitted to the hospital for blood pressure problems.
