Summary

This study tests whether taking oral tranexamic acid for three days after hip replacement surgery can reduce pain, swelling, and help patients walk sooner. About 101 adults with end-stage osteoarthritis will receive the drug or placebo. The goal is to see if this simple pill improves recovery and reduces complications.
