Summary
This study tests whether adding amantadine or duloxetine to the standard painkiller pregabalin can prevent chronic pain after mastectomy. About 150 women undergoing breast cancer surgery will be randomly assigned to one of three drug combinations. The goal is to see if these add-ons lower the chance of developing long-term nerve pain and improve quality of life.
